Hot Pot City

All you can eat, about $14/person, tables sit 4 (lots of room) to 6 (elbows).  Beef, in marinade and not, pork, shrimp (with heads, extra flavor), tons of veggies, tofu, noodles, some sushi, dessert section, mussels, make your own tea with pearl drinks.  At the table there is a burner and foil covered cooking tray, and a cast aluminum bowl (sometimes with two partitions, one with spicy, one with plain broth) in the center which quickly comes to a boil.  Cook your own stuff at your table.  There is a "sauce station" where you make your own dipping sauce from chopped cilantro, green onion, sesame sauce, soy, hot chili sauce, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, sesame oil, almost any combination you can imagine.  There are raw eggs if that is your liking (really hot items coming out of the broth can be quenched in the raw egg to be eaten right away).  Really helps if you have practiced with your bamboo chopsticks (for picking stuff out of the broths) (and turning your food on the cooking surfaces).
